Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using StudyDDCET (the "Platform"), accessible at studyddcet.online. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About StudyDDCET
StudyDDCET is an independent study platform created to help Diploma students prepare for the DDCET (Diploma to Degree Common Entrance Test) entrance exam. StudyDDCET is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Gujarat Technological University (GTU), the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), or any government examination authority. References to official syllabus content, exam structure, or past papers are provided for educational and preparation purposes only.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must create an account (via Google, Microsoft, or another supported sign-in method) to access most features of the Platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have the permission of a parent or guardian to use the Platform where required by applicable law.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other users' accounts, or our systems
- Copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell content from the Platform (including practice questions, mock tests, roadmap content, past papers, or Learning Materials) without permission
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Platform
- Upload or transmit any harmful code, or misuse the Contact Us form or AI Solution Tutor for abusive, harassing, or unlawful purposes
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Content Accuracy Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that practice questions, mock tests, roadmap content, past papers, and Learning Materials are accurate and aligned with the publicly available DDCET syllabus. However:
- We do not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, or fully up to date with the latest official syllabus or exam pattern changes.
- Past year question papers are provided for practice purposes; we do not guarantee they are free of transcription errors or that official answer keys are perfectly reflected.
- Content generated with the assistance of AI tools (including the Solution Tutor and Learning Materials) is provided for educational support and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Students should verify critical information against official syllabus documents and other trusted sources.
- StudyDDCET does not guarantee any specific exam outcome, score, or admission result as a consequence of using the Platform.
You are responsible for independently verifying exam dates, syllabus changes, and official requirements with the relevant examination authority.
5. Intellectual Property
- All original content created by StudyDDCET (including but not limited to the roadmap structure, UI design, original explanations, and Solution Tutor responses) is owned by StudyDDCET or its licensors.
- Past year question papers and any third-party or officially published materials remain the property of their respective owners; StudyDDCET provides them for personal, non-commercial study use only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Sign-In and Services
The Platform allows you to sign in using third-party services such as Google or Microsoft. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.
7. AI Solution Tutor
The Solution Tutor is an AI-based feature intended to help explain concepts and solutions. It is a study aid, not a substitute for a qualified teacher or tutor. Responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Please use your own judgment and cross-check important information.
8. Advertising and Monetization
We may, now or in the future, display advertisements or offer optional paid features (such as one-time content unlocks or bundles) on the Platform. Any such paid features will have their own clearly stated pricing and terms at the time of purchase. We do not currently offer subscription-based pricing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StudyDDCET and its creator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to exam performance, admission outcomes, or reliance on content accuracy.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us as described in Section 13.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when changes are made.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India/Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
